General Questions

Afterimage Lighting is a premier lighting store specializing in high-quality decorative lighting for both residential and commercial spaces. Our diverse range of lighting solutions features hanging lights, ceiling lights, wall lights, outdoor lights, as well as lamps & shades, all meticulously crafted to elevate both your living and working spaces.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Add the items to your shopping cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details.
  4. Confirm your order.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your information is safe.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes.

Shipping and Delivery

Afterimage Lighting provides free ground shipping on all orders that exceed $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 will be charges a $14.99 flat rate fee.

Most IN Stock orders ship within 1-2 business days once the order has been received, excluding weekends and holidays.

For orders that will be going to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, shipping is available at an additional cost. Prior to placing your order, contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

We also offer expedited delivery, such as next day and second day air for an additional charge.

Note: The order processing times that are posted on our website are in addition to shipping times.

No, currently Afterimage Lighting does not offer international shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Information

Yes, all Afterimage Lighting products come with a one-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise under normal use.
